Barbara is our Lab, Prescription and Insurance specialist. Yes, we know it sounds like she has three jobs, and sometimes, we're sure she feels like she does!
It's Barbara's job to ensure that your labs are sent out and received and then returned to us promptly so that we may review the results with you. She will also assist you in scheduling outside imaging tests, scheduling your hospital procedures and ensuring that all of these tests are authorized by your insurance. Finally, she will see to it that all of your prescription needs are met, whether it's an initial approval from an insurance company or refill from the pharmacy. She will make sure all of these requests are handled efficiently.
